Nick Griffiths is Co-Director at & Son. A London native, he started working as a stylist shortly after graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a BA in Cultural Studies in 1992. He was made Contributing Fashion Editor for i-D in 1996, and started collaborating with seminal band Massive Attack shortly afterwards, working on many of the band's defining images of that period. After relocating to New York City in 2000, he was appointed Fashion Director at BlackBook magazine and, upon returning to London in 2004, Guest Fashion Director for EXIT. Nick has contributed to countless magazines, including Vanity Fair, The Face, Vogue Hommes International, L'Uomo Vogue, Arena, Teen Vogue, American GQ, American Esquire and German and Russian Vogue. Nick's clients as a stylist include adidas Originals, Nike, Levi's, Umbro, Saks Fifth Avenue, John Smedley, Neiman Marcus, Ray-Ban, Clark's and Max & Co.

Prior to & Son, his work as creative consultant and stylist for Levi's Europe saw him involved in the creation of the hugely successful series of ads featuring the iconic character, "Flat Eric". More recently, Nick has worked in both styling and consulting capacities for the global advertising campaigns of adidas Originals, a collaboration that has spanned the last six seasons.
